SERVICE PROVIDER PARTNER SELECTION CRITERIA
Our goal is obtain service providers that we will be comfortable with recommending to our clients. Therefore, we will be looking for Service Providers that can accommodate our stringent criteria as follows:
- Must provide at least 3 testimonials / references from past clients or sales representatives.
- Must be licensed, bonded and insured for liability.
- Must guarantee our clients same day initial response to our customers.
- Must place our clients in a priority status on their work schedule whenever possible.
- Must be prepared for the job assigned and complete it professionally and in a timely manner.
- Must represent their company in a professional manner when dealing with our customers.
- Must be able to provide “added value” to our clients, such as discounts and priority service.
- Must allow the Concierge representative to act as liaison between client and Service Provider in the event any dispute arises.
